If the total number of cards played add up to over 21 points during each round, the card player or dealer automatically loses. Picture cards such as Jacks, Queens or Kings are worth 10 points with Aces worth either 1 or 11 points which can be determined by you. To win black jack quickly, a picture card and an Ace must be dealt out. There is a twist to this game in that players can decide to stick providing their card total is less than 21 and force the dealer to play. If the dealer’s card count is 16 or lower they must play on, however on counts of 17 or higher the dealer can also stick. Both the dealer and players can of course draw games and in this instance the player receives his bet back. As with most types of card games, bets are placed before cards are dealt by the dealer and should the dealer or banker bust, all participating card players that have not bust win. Other betting options which maybe offered at the black jack table include insurance, even money, double down, surrender and split. |
